Students, as you have been informed, you will have a formative assessment quiz on the first Monday of every month. So on Monday, October 5th, 2015, please note that you will have a quiz.

This will contain questions from all the lesson that we have covered up until today, such as:

• Types of Sentences
• Story Mountain
• Subject in a sentence, predicate in a sentence
• Spelling words 

..... and other topics that different your grade has covered.

Questions may be of the following variety:

Fill in the blanks: The story mountain has ______ stages. (Answer is 5 and there will be options).

True or False: A sentence with a question mark at the end is called a question.  (Answer is true)

Identify the correct spelling (Multiple choice)

This test is not like your regular spelling test, and is being administered to check if you have understood all the concepts taught.
