Dear Parents, It is impossible to believe that Thanksgiving is already here. Our days become fast and furious as we prepare for the end of the first semester. We have talked several times since arriving home from Pine cove about the many things that we are thankful for....our parents (or the memory of them), our siblings, health, freedom of religion choices, that we have food to eat, a home to live in, and so many more. With so much to be thankful for please encourage your children to continue to have humility and serve others all through the year. Each Christmas season we have a small outreach program that we perform. Small tokens do add up and your children will see how their efforts can change lives. We will be having "Santa Socks" and "Christmas Coats" this year. Our socks are required to be new, but our coats may be used (includes sweat shirts, sweaters, jackets, and other warm outer wear. We will be making the donations the last day of school for the semester after our final.
