DESCRIPTION:
This is a brief overview of life and the characteristics that relate to living organisms. The course stresses the seven major units (Life, Heredity & Evolution, Diversity, Plants, Animals, Ecology, and the Human Body). It is structured around building a knowledge base that allows an understanding life as it relates to a student's personal life. The students partake in different laboratories that help further their understanding of information.
