General instructions

In the Admin view, click on the Students, Teachers, Classes, Final Grades, Attendance, Reports and Setup tabs just above (to the right of the sunflower).

In the Teacher view, click on the Gradebook, Reports and Setup tabs.

In the Student and Parent views, click on Assignments, Attendance and Grades.

Switching from Admin view to Teacher, Student and Parent views

To select the admin view:

a) Click on the Dashboard tab on the top left.
b) Under “Administrator Views”, click on Leadership Academy.
c) You will see the admin navigation tabs appear the top. Click on the tabs:

Dashboard - Access to all accounts
Online - Make blog posts, invite students & parents
Students - Student info, student and parent logins
Teachers - Teacher info, teacher login
Classes - Courses, enrollment
Final - Grades and comments collected from teachers
Attendance - Attendance collected from teachers
Reports - Reports cards, transcripts, and other reports
Setup - Term structure, grade types, attendance types, online access, additional administrators

To see teacher integrated gradebooks

a) Click on the Dashboard tab on the top left.
b) Under “Teacher Views”, click on Franklin, Benjamin, Leadership Academy.
c) You will see the teacher navigation tabs appear the top. Click on the tabs:

Dashboard - Access to all accounts
Online - Make blog posts
Gradebook - Create and grade assignments, make comments, upload and collect files
Attendance - Attendance entered by teachers
Reports - Gradebook report, missing assignment report, and other reports
Setup - Grading options, assignment types, copy assignments from previous terms

To see student and parent views

a) Click on the Dashboard tab on the top left.
b) Under “Student Views” or “Parent Views” click on Adams, John, Leadership Academy.
c) You will see the student and parent navigation tabs appear the top. Click on the tabs:

Dashboard - Access to all accounts
Online - Blog posts
Assignments - All assignments, grades, comments. Download and turn in files.
Attendance - Attendance collected from teachers
Grades - Overall grades and final comments
