Hello Parents,

Our trip to High Notes Festival and Great Adventure is tomorrow, Friday, May 27th. We wanted to provide everyone with details regarding our trip.

We ask that all scholars arrive at 6:50am. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME. The bus will leave Primoris Academy PROMPTLY at 7:00am.

High Notes Festival performance will be held in St. Rose Elementary which is located at 51 Lincoln Place, Freehold, NJ. Our scholars will be performing at 9:15am. All students are asked to arrive 45 minutes prior to scheduled start time. All Instruments should be left at school no later than Thursday, May 26th. All instruments will be transported via school bus. Since the weather is forecasting to be warm with a chance of rain, our scholars should wear their field trip shirts, shorts, sneakers, hats, sunscreen and a rain jacket. No flip flops please.

For families who are driving with their scholars, we ask that you please meet us at the main entrance of the school by 8:30am. Pick up for scholars right after their performance, will also be at the same location.

After the scholars performance, we will proceed to Great Adventure. We were informed that St Rose Elementary is 10 minutes away from Great Adventure. Great Adventure is located at 1 Six Flags Blvd., Jackson, NJ. We will distribute park tickets and parking tickets to families who will be joining us at Great Adventure when you pick up your child after their performance.

We are NOT ALLOWED to bring any food or beverages into the the theme park. Lunch will be provided to all scholars. Scholars will be allowed to bring money if they would like to play games or purchase any souvenirs. No cell phones or electronic devices are not permitted. Any students who brings money or any electronic devices will be responsible for its safe keeping.

We anticipate to be back at Primoris by 5:15pm.
